Subscription Terms

Clear, flexible terms for your Piritu Coffee subscription.

These terms apply to all Piritu Coffee subscription orders. By starting a subscription, you agree to the following conditions. There is no binding period — you can cancel at any time.

01 — Subscription Overview

What your subscription includes

A Piritu Coffee subscription is a recurring delivery of freshly roasted specialty coffee, sent to your address at the frequency you choose. Each delivery is roasted to order in Norway and shipped within 48 hours via DHL Express.

You choose the coffee, the size, and the frequency. We do the rest.

02 — Billing & Renewal

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged automatically on the same date each billing cycle, before each delivery is roasted and shipped. The default cycle is monthly, but you can choose other frequencies during signup or in your account.

You will receive an email receipt for every renewal. If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we will pause your subscription and notify you so you can update your details.

03 — Cancellation

How to cancel

There is no binding period for the Piritu Coffee subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect immediately for future deliveries. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Any delivery already roasted, shipped, or in transit at the time of cancellation will still be delivered and is non-refundable, as coffee is a perishable product (see our Refund Policy).

04 — Pause Subscription

Take a break instead

If you do not want to cancel but need a break — travel, holidays, or simply too much coffee on the counter — you can pause your subscription for as long as you like.

Paused subscriptions are not charged and no deliveries are made. Resume at any time by emailing hello@piritucoffee.com.

05 — Changes to Subscription

Modify what you receive

You can change your subscription at any time:

  • Switch coffee variety (Yellow Gesha, Red Gesha, SL09)
  • Change bag size or quantity
  • Change delivery frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
  • Update shipping address or payment method

Changes made before your next billing date take effect on the next delivery. Contact hello@piritucoffee.com to make any change.
