Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Under Norwegian consumer law (Angrerettloven), most online purchases carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to coffee or other sealed, perishable food products once delivered, in accordance with Angrerettloven §22(d). By ordering coffee from us, you acknowledge that the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to these goods.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@piritucoffee.com within 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping we ask you to arrange.

How refunds are processed

Once we have received and inspected a returned or reported item and approved the refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@piritucoffee.com.

You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time, with no binding period. See our Subscription Terms.
