A small house for specialty coffee.

Piritu is built around one quiet idea: that coffee, when grown and roasted with care, can be one of the most rewarding things in a day.

We are a couple in Oslo who chase a good cup wherever we go. Piritu began with a small roaster on our kitchen counter, and the same morning ritual we still keep.

What specialty means for us.

Specialty coffee is the small share of the world's harvest grown at the right altitude, picked at the right moment, and processed with attention at every step.

We can taste the difference. Apricot, jasmine, dark berry, stone fruit. Flavours shaped by altitude and soil, by the people who pick and process the cherries, and by how we roast them once they reach us.

It is the kind of coffee we keep coming back to, cup after cup, on travels and at home.

Roasted in Oslo.

Every coffee gets its own roast profile, built around what we want to taste in the cup. Light enough that the place stays, dark enough to round it out.

We taste, take notes, and adjust the next batch from there. Then again, and again, until it lands.

The bag in your hands is the version we were happy to share.
