By placing an order with Piritu Coffee, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all customers, in Norway and worldwide.

How an order becomes a contract
An order placed through our website is an offer to purchase. The contract between you and Piritu Coffee is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Prices and accepted methods
All prices are shown in NOK and include Norwegian VAT (MVA) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Vipps
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payment is processed at the time of order. For subscriptions, payment is processed automatically at each renewal (see Subscription Terms).
How we deliver your coffee
All orders ship worldwide via DHL Express within 48 hours of roasting. Delivery times depend on destination, typically 1-3 business days within Europe and 3-7 business days internationally.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships. Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the customer's responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Norwegian consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases. This right does not apply to coffee or other perishable products, as per Angrerettloven section 22(d).

Recurring orders
If you start a subscription, additional terms apply, including billing cycle, cancellation rights, and how to pause or change your subscription. There is no binding period. You can cancel at any time. See our Subscription Terms for full details.
How we handle your data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian privacy law. The data we collect is used only to fulfil your order, manage your account, and communicate with you about your purchase. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Brand and content rights
All content on this website, including text, photography, branding, and design, is the property of Piritu Coffee AS and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Jurisdiction and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising from a purchase from Piritu Coffee will be resolved by the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett), unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
