Corporate Coffee Gifts in Norway: Christmas Gifts for Employees and Clients

A gift people actually use. Rare Gesha and SL09 microlots from Cusco, Peru, roasted to order in Oslo and sent fresh to your team or your clients. Order online for a few people, or send us a list and we ship to everyone.

Three Ways to Give

The Piritu Gift Box, 1 195 NOK

Three different microlots from our current lineup, 200 g each, wrapped as a gift with a handwritten card. The selection changes through the year as new harvests arrive. For the colleague, partner or client you want to impress.

Tres Amigos de Cusco, 1 049 NOK

All three of our coffees, Yellow Gesha, Red Gesha and SL09 Inca, 200 g of each, from Dwight Aguilar Masias' farm at 1,900 metres in Santa Teresa. The same coffees as the gift box, without the wrapping, and 88 NOK less than buying them separately.

Single bags, from 339 NOK

One 200 g bag per person. Yellow Gesha (419 NOK) is the one with the competition pedigree, Red Gesha (379 NOK) is the rounder sister, and SL09 Inca (339 NOK) is the rare variety everyone in specialty coffee is talking about this year. Free shipping in Norway on orders over 650 NOK.

Not sure what they drink? The Piritu Gift Card comes in 300 to 5 000 NOK and is delivered by email.

Why Coffee Works as a Company Gift

  • Everyone uses it. A bag of coffee does not end up in a drawer. It gets opened on Monday morning.
  • It has a story. Every bag carries a roast date, the farm and the farmer's name. Our producer has won Cup of Excellence Peru twice, and his yellow Gesha placed fifth in 2025. That is something to write in the card.
  • It is tax-free for employees. In Norway, gifts in kind to employees are tax-free up to 5 000 NOK per person per year, and Christmas gifts count towards that limit (Smarte Penger). A gift box, Tres Amigos or a few bags fits comfortably.
  • It is fresh. We roast after you order and ship within 24 hours of roasting, so the gift arrives at its best instead of having sat in a warehouse since October.

How It Works

Up to about ten gifts: order in the shop like any customer. Add a gift message in the cart note and enter the recipient's address at checkout, one order per recipient. Companies can pay by card, and the order confirmation works as a receipt. If you need an invoice with your organisation number on it, write it in the order note and we send one.

More than ten, or several addresses: send us the number of gifts, which product, and a list of names and addresses, and we come back with a quote and a delivery plan within two business days. We pack each gift individually with a card in your name and ship them all on the same day. Write to hello@piritucoffee.com or use the contact form.

Delivery: Helthjem delivers within Norway in 1 to 3 days, straight to the door. Pickup at our roastery at Neuberggata 3 in Oslo is free. We also ship to the Nordics and the rest of Europe with Posten and worldwide with DHL.

When to Order for Christmas

We roast every order fresh, and December is our busiest month. Place company orders as early as you can, and by 15 December for delivery before Christmas in Norway. Larger orders with several addresses need a few days more, so get in touch in November if you can.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we get an invoice instead of paying by card?
Yes. Order in the shop and write your organisation number in the order note, or contact us for larger orders, and we invoice your company instead.

Can you ship to each employee's home address?
Yes. Send us a list of names and addresses and we ship each gift individually, with a card in your company's name.

Can we add our own card or message?
Yes. Write the message in the order note and we handwrite it on the card. For larger orders we can include a card you supply.

Is coffee a tax-free gift for employees in Norway?
Gifts in kind to employees are tax-free up to 5 000 NOK per person per year in Norway. Check the current rules with your accountant or Skatteetaten.

What if the recipient drinks espresso or uses milk?
Our coffees are roasted light, for filter brewing, and taste best black. If you are unsure what someone drinks, a gift card lets them choose.
