Origami Dripper

The Origami Dripper, made in the Mino ceramic district of Gifu, Japan. Twenty ribs hold the paper away from the wall, so water drains fast and evenly, and the shape takes both cone filters (Hario V60) and flat-bottom wave filters (Kalita Wave). One dripper, two brewing styles. Used by the 2019 World Brewers Cup champion.

Size S brews 1 to 2 cups and takes V60 01 or Kalita 155 filters. Size M brews 2 to 4 cups and takes V60 02 or Kalita 185 filters. Porcelain. The Origami Dripper Holder is sold separately and recommended for cups and narrow servers.

For our Gesha and SL09 we brew 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water at 91 to 92 °C with a V60 02 filter, or switch to a Kalita 185 filter for a slower, rounder cup.
