V60. 14 g of coffee to 250 g of water at 91°C, ground medium-fine.

Bloom with 45 g and wait 30 to 40 seconds, pour up to 155 g finishing around 1:10, then pour up to 250 g. Total brew time 2:30 to 3:00.
